My fiancé and I were looking for the perfect house, and we admit we were pretty picky, but Lynn was patient and really helped us narrow down what we wanted. She hired a photographer to do professional level photos and wrote a very positive description of the property for the listing. She had excellent follow up with all leads and the various issues that came up. She responded quickly with answers to any question we had, even when she had to research the issue or call someone else who could help. She showed immense patience as I had to extend the listing several times due to delays in my new housing being ready. She presented a very positive, factual story to the appraiser which, I'm sure, helped significantly in having the property appraised at the offering price. I would definitely recommend her to anyone

She is also a good negotiator, has great contacts with inspectors, mortgage brokers, and contractors, and she will go to bat for her clients. Were first-time home buyers, and we met Lynn at an open house. We hadn't found a realtor or even a good mortgage company at the time, and Lynn connected us with a mortgage broker that same day. We were pre-approved the following day and signing Lynn to be our agent. Lynn has been in the biz for decades, and she has a great deal of wisdom to offer. She always made sure we knew exactly what was going on, and made time to answer our questions. We bought a home in about two months, and we're super happy with how everything turned out.

When the home we found was a "for sale by owner" she was SO helpful, to not only us, as buyers, but to the sellers. She made our long distance purchase as easy as was possible. She was very helpful with resources and knowledge when I had to make repairs to my property. She communicated frequently and was always quick to respond when I contacted her.
